From an intimate party for 2 to a cocktail party for 500, choose DROP SQUAD KITCHEN to cater your next special event. Our catering menu is based on 10-40 guests and does not include rentals, (tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, flatware, etc.), labor fees, and service charges.

At DROP SQUAD KITCHEN, all our food is made fresh. Our menu is based on fresh, naturally grown, and local produce. We strive to be good to the farmers, the local economy, and the environment. Our flexibility is a big plus. We do our best to take into consideration your special requests and budget.

Prices are for food per person, half and full pans, napkins/cutlery are not included.  Food can be picked up at our Riverfront location during store hours, delivered, or set up buffet style. There are additional costs for events requiring Buffet Staff or with more than 50 guests. 50% deposit and guaranteed headcount due 2 weeks prior to event –balance due on event day. Cash/Credit or Debit payments are preferred.

Ingredients and Reheating Instructions

Whole Turkee

Ingredients: Water, Wheat, Herbs, Church Seasoning, and himalayan salt

Our Wheat meat performs better when refrigerated first. Seitan is generally better when cooled first, then reheated. It will be easier to slice this way.

To reheat, preheat oven to 350º and cook for 20 minutes. This will dry it the Turkee so be sure to spoon broth over thew roast every 5 to 10 minutes. Use a steak knife, slice and serve with gravy. 

Sliced Turkee

Reheat by steaming in a pan with a little water and a spoonful of the gravy. 


Ingredients: Spelt Flour, Olive Oil, Soy Free Earth Balance, spices, Vegetable Broth ( carrots, parsley, celery, onions, scallions,bay leaves, turmeric, paprika, garlic, ginger

Double boiler is best, however a stove top can be used to heat up gravy on low medium heat. Consistently stir or whisk to avoid lumps. Once the gravy starts to bubble it should be perfect.


Macaroni and Cheeze

Ingredients: Brown rice noodles, soy free earth balance, spices, garlic, nutritional yeast, himalayan salt, cassava and agar 

Let the macaroni get the chill off it from refrigerating. Preheat the oven to 350º. Cover the baking dish with foil, and bake until heated through. Remove foil to let the mac crisp and brown a little. 


Ingredients: Brown Rice Noodles  Meat: sundried tomatoes, walnuts, sage Ricotta: cashews, lemon, garlic, himalayan salt, Sauce: tomatoes, maple syrup,oregano, italian spices Cheeze topping: Daiya brand Mozzarella cheese

Preheat your oven to 400º. Heat the lasagna  for 1 hour. Option remove the foil when finished cooking to brown a little. Test the lasagna in the middle with a knife  to make sure it is cooked thoroughly.  The lasagna slices tremendously better when cooled. 


Ingredients: Vegetable Broth, spelt toast crumbs, cornbread, celery, onion, Earth Balance soy free spread, Church seasoning

You can reheat stove top style by adding water and continuously stirring or bake in the oven at 400 covered or uncovered depending on how dry you like our stuffing until hot.


Ingredients: Kale,water, olive oil, garlic, onion, Church Seasoning

Greens always taste better the next day! Heat the greens along with the juice on a stove top on medium low heat until hot. 

Candied Butternut Squash

Ingredients: Butternut Squash,coconut sugar coconut oil, soy free Earth Balance, cinnamon, nutmeg, himalayan salt, pineapples, mangoes.

Reheat at 400º uncovered until hot or on medium heat on a stove top. 


Ingredients: Corn meal, spelt flour, baking powder, baking soda, rice milk

Warm in the oven. 

Cheeze Cake

Ingredients: Cheeze: Raw cashews, coconut oil, lemon, coconut nectar, agave nectar, lemon Crust: walnuts, dates, coconut

Keep Frozen until 15 – 20 minutes prior to serving. You can refrigerate for those minutes or let thaw naturally. Sliced best when frozen.
